After a recap of previous events the episode starts off with Michael getting prepared in his burned out loft which for some reason is still untouched despite it just being a rental. Filmed on set at the Coconut Grove Convention Center Studio.

Michael gets picked up at his loft (set) and taken to a warehouse. This was filmed on location in Miami at Coastal Export, 7455 NE 2nd Avenue.The interior scenes were also filmed there on location.

Act one opens still in the warehouse.

Then we see a brief aerial view of Miami from over the MacArthur Causeway looking over the Port of Miami.

Then we see Michael being scolded by Madeline inside her house. Filmed on set inside the studio.

Then we go inside the Biltmore hotel. Inside the Alhambra Ballroom on the west side of the lobby in the main building.

Jesse and Fiona are outside patrolling the rear grounds of the hotel. Filmed on location at the rear of the Biltmore.

Fiona and Jesse patrol right where Frazier and Cowan met in Miami Vice, Vote of Confidence.

The suspect flees thru the Biltmore’s laundry room then out the backdoor.

The shooter speeds off in a completely different location. Location unknown

Sam secures the target in a closet. This has every sign of being a set within the studio and not at the Biltmore.

Then we see exterior establishing shots of the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables.

Then we head out of the room toward the lobby. But thru movie magic they walk out of the room right back into it but now decorated differently but same room.

He heads out the rear of the Biltmore Hotel toward the east end close to the tennis courts.

Then we return inside (looks like a studio set) where they realize the guy they were suppose to protect has been poisoned.

Then we see tem trying to treat their ward. This was filmed on location back at Coastal Export, 7455 NE 2nd Avenue, Miami.

Then outside the rear of the Biltmore again.

Then we see Madeline dropping Charlie off at Pre-school. This was filmed on location at the early childhood center located at 3010 Columbus Blvd. Conveniently located next to the Biltmore hotel.

While there we see a quick shot of a van that may be watching her. Location unknown.

Then we see a man watching Madeline from the NW corner of the intersection of Catalonia Avenue and Columbus Blvd.

Madeline is followed, turns and confronts the man. We are lead to believe this occurs right at the day care but it was not. We have moved back to the rear of the Biltmore hotel about 120 yards east of where the waiter was shot. At points you can see the same tennis courts in the background.

Significant modifications/remodeling has occurred at the tennis center including enclosing the ground floor and removing wall/fence surrounding the rear area since filming took place.
