Jesse and Fiona go to work at the Doctor’s club in order to obtain the cure. This was filmed at Seaspice, 422 NW North River Drive, Miami.
After jumping out the window they interview their captive to obtain the cure. Surprisingly they are doing this on the ground floor of the club where they had just jumped out the second floor window to escape the body guards. Filmed on location at 422 NW North River Drive, Miami.
While there, they check in with Sam via the telephone. Sam is at the makeshift medical tent inside Coastal Export, 7455 NE 2nd Avenue.
Then we see Madeline return home only to be surprised. Filmed on set inside the studio.
Then we see our gang pull up to an industrial building where the anecdote is stored. I would not have easily figured out where this was filmed had I not recognized it from it’s previous use in episodes 96 Odd Man Out and 601 Scorched Earth. This was filmed on location at 3000 NW 123rd Street, Miami.
While pinned down inside the building Jesse calls Michael. He is driving and we see him turn from NW 2nd Street headed east to southbound on NW 3rd Court.
Then it cuts and we see him go from westbound on NW 1st Street to northbound on NW North River Drive.
Then southbound on NW North River Drive by Lummus Park with the Scottish Rite ( Bad Boys) seen in the background. This same stretch we saw used in the movie 2 Fast 2 Furious.

Then back to westbound on NW North River Drive by NW 1 Street where we had just seen him.
Next we see the crew still trapped in the building. Filmed on location inside 3000 NW 123rd Street, Miami.
Jesse makes it out with a dose of medicine. Location unknown but not in the vicinity of the interior filming.
Fiona is left in a hot mess inside 3000 NW 123rd Street.

Michael rushes into the building and saves Fiona. Filmed on location inside 3000 NW 123rd Street.
It fades out and we cut to Fiona recovering in the medical tent filmed inside Coastal Export, 7455 NE 2nd Avenue, Miami.
Then inside the same building we see the coward dealt with and the episode ends. Filmed on location inside Coastal Export, 7455 NE 2nd Avenue, Miami.
